I understand that the salary the company gives me represents the trust the company places in me through the company’s attitude, experience and expectations of me after this interview. Before I answer the numbers, may I know how your company evaluates my qualifications for this position?

=> This question will help you better understand at what level your capacity is evaluated in relation to other employees of this Company. Because you can rate yourself as Very Good, but the Employer rates you as Good. There are also times when you rate yourself as Normal, but the Employer rates you as Good.
